中国艺术家协会广东省秘书处 　

中国艺术家协会（China Artist Association）是经国家政府部门批准成立、具有独立法人资格的社会团体，是目前中国规模最大、最具国际影响的中国文艺类社团，并在联合国享有唯一联系地位的非政府组织。协会在全国人大、全国政协、国家中宣部、文化部、团中央、中央关心下一代工作委员会、民政部等领导的关心指导下，由一大批国家著名的艺术家们发起成立，集结了中国当代百名优秀的艺术家和当代著名的社会学者，会员来自全国文化战线的各个门类，并组建了学科结构合理，专家学者力量雄厚的专业委员会，具有广泛的艺术代表性。　　

中国艺术家协会广东省秘书处是中国艺术家协会的派出机构。秘书处设有办公室、活动部、组联部，旗下有大吕文化传播有限公司、广州爱乐乐团等部门，负责接办中国艺术家协会总部、以及广东省党委和政府部门交办的工作，在省内承办、组织和开展中国艺术家协会发起、主办的各项全国性文化艺术活动，为省内广大文艺工作者提供协助申请加入中国艺术家协会、省市级以上文化艺术类专业协会、学会和团体会员，以及艺术理论研究、课题开展、成果展示、音乐会专场策划、国内外文化艺术交流等服务，与广州爱乐乐团联署办公，接办国内外公开演出活动。　　

中国艺术家协会常务副秘书长、广州爱乐集团董事长王勇出任中国艺术家协会广东省秘书处秘书长。在王勇先生的带领下，广东秘书处积极联络全省艺术工作者，大力开展艺术教育和艺术表演活动，成功举办了第一届、第三届、第四届——第七届《德艺双馨》中国文艺展示大型公益活动广东省展评区的工作以及第二届、第三届中国青少年艺术节广东省的选拔活动。王勇秘书长连续八年获评“广东省优秀音乐家”，连续多年受主办单位广东人民广播电台邀请，协助创办了“中国十大发烧唱片榜”，并担任音乐和录音作品评选专家及颁奖典礼嘉宾，2010年11月接受了广东电视台著名专栏《粤商名流》节目的专访，并连续在电视台黄金时段播放数十次。秘书处配合各大社区进行了艺术普及宣传活动，参加了广州市人民政府主办的第九届中国艺术节活动以及地方政府组织的各种社会文艺活动等，得到了社会各界的一致好评和充分肯定。著名艺术家和艺术教育家刘长安、蔡松琦、雷雨声、朱则平、姚晓强、丁振华、郑荣达、祝雅贞等为秘书处的工作题词作勉，对秘书处的工作给予了热心关怀和悉心指导。　　

2011年，秘书处正积极筹备承办“颂歌献给党—庆祝中国共产党90华诞”第六届中国青少年艺术节和第七届全国艺术教育成果展演广东省评选活动，第八届德艺双馨中国文艺展评和“百花迎春”全国艺术人才选拔广东省总评等；在服务全体会员、普及艺术教育与开展社区文化活动等方面，秘书处也将进行更加卓有成效的工作，为构建和谐社会，推动科学发展而努力。

第六届全国青少年艺术节、第七届全国教育成果展演组委会特告：“情耀中华”央视电视晚会将于7月31日在北京九华山庄录制，专门录用全国青少年的优秀舞蹈、合唱、合奏、舞台剧、诗歌朗诵、民乐团、管乐团、竖笛团、口风琴等集体节目。央视播出时会打上表演单位及导师名字字幕。5月25日前节目录像寄全国组委会审查挑选，请各中小学校、幼儿园、培训中心及老师把握机会！ www.gdchinaaa.org.cn

Introduction Preface

China Artist Association is an independent legal person group, which approved to establish by the government. The association is the largest artistic NGO and has own the communicated qualification with the United Nations. The association is cared from the leaders of the Nation’s Representative Congress and the Nation’s Political Negotiation Congress, the central annual department of CCCP, the Nation’s Cultural Minister Department, the Central Committed of Communist Young League, etc. The association is innovate by lots member of the most famous artists, comminuted with a great deal socialist and professional specialist from various kinds of cultural area.　　

China Artist Association Guangdong Secretary Office was established from 2006.The Secretary Office has still straight observed the principle: “deputy with the leading of China Communist Party, continuous Chinese civilization and arts cultural, virtue to service the society, contribute the arts for people”, and is led by the secretary minister Mr.Wangyong, communicated with all the artists of Guangdong, and has hold the relevant activities of artistic education and performance, has successfully hold the first, second, third ,fourth “Deyishuangxing ”China Artistic Public Prohibits’ Showed Guangdong Province’s Selection and The 2^nd and 3^rd China Youth Artistic Festival Guangdong Province’s Selection.　　

We are now preparing the 6^th China Youth Artistic Festival and “Artistic Training Corporation’s Strategy League Organization” of Guangdong Province , The 8^th “Deyishuangxing “ China Artistic Prohibits’ Shows; we are due to service for all the members of the association, and provide artistic education and social accommodation district’s cultural activities, we promise to present our sufficient work.
